Return policy

We provide a 2 week refund guarantee from the day of the delivery as confirmed by tracking. The refund does not cover shipping costs and any duties and/or taxes.

Shipping and handling is at your expense and is your responsibility. Returns must be trackable.
Refunds will be made to the credit card used when placing the order within a week from having received the returned item at our warehouse.

We will not compensate you for any products lost during shipping a return item. If this agains all expectations should occur please contact the handler/ shipping company. We are however happy to assist if needed.

All items returned will be inspected before the refund is approved. All returns must be in perfect, new condition and all tags, including return tag, must be attached and intact. If you fail to comply to these conditions the refund will not be accepted.
